Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Most of our orders are shipped the same day you place your order via the United States Postal Service. Normal delivery time is usually 5-7 business days; however, allow at least one week and please be aware that carriers may be experiencing COVID-19 related delays. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. 

We will ship your item with the U.S. Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

No, we do not ship internationally at this time. Sorry!

We have a worry free 60-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a refund or exchange (less the cost of shipping). If you are still having trouble after trying these steps, please contact us.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately to process a return and exchange. Once we receive the damaged shipment from you, we will send out your replacement. We are not responsible for any damage claims that are past 60 days from the shipping date so please contact us immediately.

To cancel your order, you must contact us and request cancellation to one of our customer service agents. In-stock items that are ordered before 1pm PST usually ship out on the same day so please call us (503) 975-0017 to cancel your order. Cancellation requests made by emails are generally too late for us to cancel. 


There are many models of remotes, all with slight variation, but you can find the exact remote your TV (or device) came with easily by putting in your devices model number into the search bar. This will return all of the compatible remotes. The product description on each product page also includes a list of model numbers for compatible devices.  

Most remotes (and other devices, such as televisions and Blu-ray players) have operating manuals that can be accessed online. These can usually be found by searching the model number followed by "Owner's Manual.” 

ll remotes are new and unused unless otherwise noted.
